Caitlyn Scales is a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strategic consultant with a depth of experience in providing training and tailored workshops, technical writing, strategic visioning and implementation, grant writing, sustainability and development, and human-centered design. She has led growth strategies for nonprofits working in education, health, and food security. Caitlyn is also well-versed in higher education programming, having served as an instructor and mentor at Washington State University and Boise State University.

Jameson MacDonnell, MBA
Co-Founder
Jameson is a native Bostonian with 15+ years of successful experience in developing novel revenue-generating, awareness-building, and economic growth programs in both the for and non-profit sectors. He has generated significant, high-impact funding through philanthropy, sponsored research, commercialization, and business development activities for best-in-class academic medical centers, top-tier universities, influential non-profits, and mature global brands. He serves as an Enterprise Advisor for the Arrowhead Center at New Mexico State University and is a guest lecturer on industry partnerships, healthcare economics, and innovation. Jameson is a Swiss Army Knife for entrepreneurial organizations looking to "punch up'" and grow.

Sara Silacci
Senior Partner
Sara has over 25 years of experience in driving mission-oriented strategic growth initiatives. As the former Chief Strategy Officer for Research and Innovation at Massachusetts General Hospital, she played a pivotal role in advancing the growth and impact of the largest hospital system-based research enterprise in the U.S. Sara masterminded public-private partnerships, investments, and transactions to expedite the development and commercialization of groundbreaking therapeutics and technologies. Prior to serving as Chief Strategy Officer, she was the Senior Managing Director of Development for the Mass General Cancer Center, achieving a 15x increase in philanthropic and sponsored research support. She currently holds an Executive Member position on the Board of Directors for CarePassport and has previously contributed her insights as a board member for Fern Health and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Foundation.
